Outstanding service, perfect location!

the renaissance is a charming hotel with stunning historic architecture. the room was clean with good amenities. the staff were fantastic, especially in the lounge, providing lovely service. the health spa was rejuvenating, and the location is ideal for exploring nearby restaurants and clubs.

The spacious Deluxe Room with beautiful decor featured a complimentary bottle of English champagne awaiting our arrival, a lovely personal touch. The large bed ensured a restful night, and the bathroom was impressively roomy. Breakfast offered a great variety, though the self-service setup could have been more streamlined. The spa's warm pool was inviting, but it would benefit from additional seating. Friendly staff throughout enhanced the experience.

The Superior King Room was super comfy with a huge bed that felt like a cloud. The calming color scheme really added a relaxing vibe, making it a great spot to unwind. It was also surprisingly quiet for being in a busy area. the room hit all the right notes for comfort and relaxation!

While the building is visually striking, the room I was in felt more like a standard hotel than a luxurious retreat—missing the Old World charm expected for the price. beautifully plated dishes but a tad on the small side for the cost. only one bathrobe in the room felt like a letdown. I could have used a washcloth or two, just for practicality's sake.

Great location, mixed vibes

Had a pretty decent stay. Location is spot on for Eurostar travelers. Breakfast was tasty, but be careful—found glass in my coconut yogurt! Staff was nice but didn't seem to have much power. requested a specific room view and got something different. The room itself was okay but could be better for the price.
